Here are few of the common questions and answers that we have from our customers that you may be having the same concern too:

  1. I haven’t received my package yet.
  2. Can you give me information about this “item”?
  3. I just accidentally clicked the button. Please cancel my order. It was not what I am looking for.
  4. I received the item today but it was not as I was expecting it to be. I would like to return the item/s and get a refund.
  5. The item already arrived but it was defective.Please send me a replacement/refund me for the item/s.

I haven’t received my package yet.

There are two ways to locate your item:

  1. If you already received your tracking number for your order, contact the carrier of your package or go to their website to personally get updated and track your shipment. We usually ship via:   UPS  FEDEX  USPS
  2. If you still do not have the tracking number. You can CONTACT US so we can get the information for you and provide you with an update.

Can you give me information about this “item”?

We will be glad to you all the information that you might need for an item. But please be noted that when you asked about product information, it will be best if you will provide us the SKU/LINK of the item that you are interested with so we can make sure that we will be looking at the same page. In addition, please be specific with your inquiries especially for the details that you have doubt with or those that require an exact measurement so we can be able to get the correct and exact information from our distribution center.

We can try to cancel your order if it wasn’t processed yet. (PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MORE DETAILS). If it was already processed, we will do our best to cancel your order BUT we cannot guarantee that we can still cancel it so please make sure that you are sure about your order or you have contacted us if you have some doubts/queries with an item.

I received the item today but it was not as I was expecting it to be. I would like to return the item/s and get a refund.

Please bear in mind that since you are purchasing from the internet, the actual product may not be exactly how it looks in the pictures that you are seeing. You need to make sure that you read the PRODUCT DETAILS/DESCRIPTION provided to avoid any misunderstanding. BUT if we really have shipped you a different product than what you have ordered or if the fault is on our end, then we can be able to assist you further just by simply contacting us. Your items are being shipped out from our warehouses and should be properly inspected before having it shipped to you, hence, if you have received your package in a poor condition; please allow us to communicate the issue with our distribution center. Please send us the tracking number once you have returned the item to help us track it back and this will also help us in expediting your return process. Once we confirm receipt of the package, your refund will be processed. You should receive a confirmation once refund is completely processed in 5-7 business days.
